Presentation of Awards. Roger Hore presented awards to:

Sidecar Award: Most appearances by a member riding a sidecar outfit at eligible events. Ray Freeman
Jack Bacon Award: Most appearances by a member riding a bike with girder forks at eligible events. Mick Glossop (1938 Velocette)
Best Classic Award: Most appearances by a member riding a machine made between 1945-1960 at eligible events. Anthony Barfield
The Cornishman Award: Most appearances by a member riding a post 1960 machine at eligible events (Whether Cornish or not). Clive Pascoe
Ladies Award: Most appearances by a lady member riding an eligible machine at eligible events. Mary Dingley
Newcomers Award: A Committee decision. The most involvement by a member who has joined in the preceding twelve months. Nick Walker
The Hugh Bicknell Award: A Committee decision. Best machine, ie the machine displayed by the Section at Wheels at Wadebridge, to convey the ideals of the Club and the Section to members of the public. Clive Pascoe (BSA A10)
Outstanding Achievement Award: A Committee decision for outstanding work for the benefit of the Section. Janet Pascoe
Hard Luck Award: Committee decision. The best hard luck story. Steve Brighton
The Hann Award: Most appearances by a section member on a non-British eligible machine at eligible events Trevor Stephens
Pillion/ Passenger: Most appearances by a member as a pillion/passenger at eligible events Reuben Groseley
Run of the Year: The best organised run by a section member. Decided by members at the Annual General Meeting Clive Pascoe & Dave Beacham- The Dartmoor Run
Long Distance Award: Longest distance travelled by a section member riding an eligible machine to a Section event (excludes the Lands End Run) Dave Beacham
Club Person of the Year Award: Voted by members Peter Kempen
Chairmans Award: Awarded to a Section Member at the discretion of the Chairman Janet Pascoe
